COMING SOON!!! Craft Lovers Deal Of The Day.
There will be a special deal for papercrafting supplies everyday here....
Here are some of my favorite projects that I have made with my Cricut. I just think it is a such a user friendly wonderful machine. Especially the Cricut Explore...
. I used Cricut The First Few Years for all of them and I just followed the book for the dimensions suggested. I love this cartridge because everything is already proportional for a 12x12 layout. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this cartridge. They layouts seem pretty simple or as jazzy as you want to make them. You can see in the first one how much extra "bling" I added to it. I also used stickles to sparkle up the borders. I also used white liquid pearls to make the white dots "pop"
This is Best Creation Safari Girl paper (a few years old)
This is American Crafts Neapolitan paper collection
"Happy Day" and the Ice Cream cone is from The First few Years
Here is how I made my scrapbook layout!
Here is my complete layout! I loved this when I finished. I have a girl and have no idea what I am going to do with this.... I am sure I will find a use for it!
I used the BRAND NEW Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2 (TBBM2) Cricut cartridge to make this card.
I live the curved effect of the card, VERY different! I love it!
The card opens on the swirl line. The tags was also cut from TBBM2 at 2 1/2" the card was cut at 6 1/2"
The XOXO was cut at 1". I used echo park, yours truly paper collection.
The ribbon was actually Christmas ribbon and i used the Tim Holtz old paper distress ink to tone the white on the ribbon down to a creamy shade.
The coolest thing on my card (I think) is the XXXXXXXX pattern all over. I used the sew stamper while the ink was wet I sprinkled embossing powder and heat set it and now I have red, instead of the solid black that comes in the sew stamper. I used large 3-D glue dots to hold the silk ribbon on the card. I used the imaginisce ribbon sealer and cutter. It works like butter.
I used the brand NEW Cricut Giant Flowers cartridge to make this flower.... it was not the easiest thing to make....
I do have to admit this was NOT easy to make the flower. I cut the flower at 5", but you have to read page 25 to see how many of each shape to cut, one is 7, 5, and 3. It does not show that on the page where it says what to cut out. I cut out all of my shapes then inked the edges while it was still on the mat... easier this way. Then I sprayed the tattered angel Sugar Plum Fairy and it wouldn't spray so i opened it and used the little plastic 'straw' to splatter the plum ink. I actually really like the look of the splatter. I thought I was done and had to cut more.... when I cut more, my tattered angels spray worked. so the petals ended up with different looks, which worked out perfect ;) After a half an hour of configuration I put it together. I finished it with more shimmer spritz and then I added a few dots of Diamond Stickles to look like wet dew drops in the flower.
I used Santa's Village Cricut Cartridge to make this.
I cut these letter form A child's year cartridge. I cut one set at 1.5" and the next at 1.6"
I used pop dots to give them a layer and dimention.
I free hand cut all of these, I used the bubbles cuttlebug folder to emboss these.
I cut these all by hand then used a cute stamp set to stamp and emboss the words.
Just a few little places to hide things in...
The suite cade on the left pops out, so CUTE!
I made a card for my mom when she was battling cancer... She is Cancer free now :)
I used the Cricut Flower Shoppe Cartridge.
